Research in Review webinars discuss recent research regarding online or blended learning. Presentations are focused on topics that are highlighted in the iNACOL research agenda. This webinar series takes place on the third Tuesday of the month from 3:00-4:00 PM (Eastern Time).
Using Data to Improve the Management and Operations of an Online School

Administrators of online and blended schools have access to more data than ever before. This presentation will explore practical examples of how Georgia Virtual School administrators are utilizing data to transform the operations and management of the school. A variety of data sources and software will be shared, allowing any school administrator or teacher to leave the session with ideas to implement immediately. Examples will include: analysis of course surveys, enrollment trends, tool usage in the learning management system, and budget analysis for strategic planning.

If you are an iNACOL member, when registering for a webinar you may request to receive an iNACOL Professional Development Certificate. This certificate will document the time spent in the webinar which can be used to meet continuing education requirements for professional re-certification.

The link to Blackboard Collaborate will be emailed to your registered email address the morning of the webinar. It is recommended that you have speakers and/or headphones if you are accessing this through a computer. Support for first time users can be found here.
Search the mobile apps store for the “Blackboard Collaborate” app for your mobile device, which may allow you to listen in to most registered webinars.
PDF versions of slides and recordings of past meetings are available within the iNACOL Members Forum. (Access to the Members Forum requires the person to be an iNACOL member and to have completed the Forum registration process.)
