How long do I have to submit my proposal to present?

iNACOL is no longer accepting Requests for Presentation proposals to present at the iNACOL Symposium 2017.

How many RFPs can my organization submit?

Each organization or school may submit up to three RFPs. If more than three are submitted, only the first three submitted chronologically will be reviewed.


How can I register for next year’s Symposium?

Registration is now open for the iNACOL Symposium 2017. You can register to attend today here.

How can I get the mobile application for the Symposium?

The mobile application can be downloaded prior to the Symposium as a means to connect with others and obtain schedules and resources. For more information regarding the Symposium mobile application, click here.

What hotels and other travel information are available?

What are the registration cancellation policies?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the iNACOL Symposium Operations. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please e-mail your cancellation request to Gigi Andrew at gandrew@executivevents.com.


What sessions and workshops will be offered at the 2017 Symposium?

The scheduled set of events for the iNACOL Symposium, including conference sessions, workshops and pre-conference workshops, has not yet been determined.

Who are the keynote speakers for the 2017 Symposium?

Keynote speakers will be listed here when they become available.

What are pre-conference workshops?

The Symposium’s pre-conference workshops are a set of specialized and highly interactive workshops offered the day prior to the start of the Symposium. Although not included in the cost of the Symposium, these workshops ensure small group interaction and are offered in half- or full-day options. Pre-conference workshops have not yet been determined for the iNACOL Symposium. Please check back at a later date to register for pre-conference workshops.

How can I become an exhibitor for the iNACOL Symposium?

To register for exhibit space at the iNACOL Symposium, you must register for the symposium and sign up as an exhibitor. For additional exhibitor information, please contact iNACOL’s Events Associate Christy Ellis. Registration for the iNACOL Symposium 2017 is not yet open.

How can I save on exhibitor booth fees?

Associate, Corporate, and Institutional iNACOL members receive a discount on exhibitor booth fees. Become a member prior to registering as an exhibitor to receive this member discount.

Where can I purchase my ancillary items (e.g. lead retrieval, internet)?

Forms for ancillary items are provided in the Exhibitor Kit. The Exhibitor Kit will be available for download in early summer, 2017. iNACOL will send an email to all exhibitors notifying them of its availability.
