As the Federal Communications Commission works to revamp the E-Rate program, the iNACOL and the CCSSO present a webinar exploring the pressing broadband telecommunications capacity barriers schools and students today. As more schools adopt new learning models powered by blended and online learning, an updated E-rate program will provide more opportunities for students everywhere.

This presentation highlights efforts to determine exactly where school access lies throughout the country today, and how schools can best work toward true connectivity, independently and through consortiums. Presenters also discuss digital learning opportunities from the state perspective, as schools prepare for next generation assessments and personalization.
