This webinar examines a study performed by the panelists, which looks at the relationship between course completion rates, educational practices, and backgrounds of online teachers of Algebra I and General Biology in 2010-2011. The researchers sought to address the educational practices and backgrounds necessary for teachers in large virtual schools, and to examine how these factors relate to student satisfaction and course completion.
