How long do I have to submit my proposal to present?

We are no longer accepting Requests for Proposals for the iNACOL Symposium 2019.

How many RFPs can my organization submit?

Each organization or school may submit up to three RFPs. If more than three are submitted, only the first three submitted chronologically will be reviewed.


How can I register for next year’s Symposium?

Registration for the 2020 Aurora Institute Symposium will open spring 2020. 

How can I get the mobile application for the Symposium?

The mobile application can be downloaded prior to the Symposium as a means to connect with others and obtain schedules and resources. For more information regarding the Symposium mobile application, click here.

What hotels and other travel information are available?

The 2020 Aurora Institute Symposium will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas on October 25-28, 2020. You can learn about other travel and hotel information here.

What are the registration cancellation policies?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to iNACOL Symposium Operations. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please e-mail your cancellation request to Gigi Andrew at [email protected]

What are pre-conference workshops?

The Symposium’s pre-conference workshops are a set of specialized and highly interactive workshops offered the day prior to the start of the Symposium. Although not included in the cost of the Symposium, these workshops ensure small group interaction and are offered in half- or full-day options.
