How long do I have to submit my proposal to present?

We are not yet accepting proposals to present at the iNACOL Symposium 2018. iNACOL will open its request for proposals in early 2018.

How many RFPs can my organization submit?

Each organization or school may submit up to three RFPs. If more than three are submitted, only the first three submitted chronologically will be reviewed.


How can I register for next year’s Symposium?

Registration for the iNACOL Symposium 2018 is not yet open. Registration will open in spring 2018. Sign up here to join mailing lists to ensure you receive notifications when registration opens for the iNACOL Symposium.

How can I get the mobile application for the Symposium?

What hotels and other travel information are available?

The iNACOL Symposium 2018 will be held in Nashville, Tennessee on October 21-24, 2018. You can learn about other travel and hotel information here.

What are the registration cancellation policies?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to iNACOL Symposium Operations. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please e-mail your cancellation request to Gigi Andrew at gandrew@executivevents.com

What are pre-conference workshops?

The Symposium’s pre-conference workshops are a set of specialized and highly interactive workshops offered the day prior to the start of the Symposium. How can I become an exhibitor for the iNACOL Symposium?

How can I save on exhibitor booth fees?

Associate, Corporate, and Institutional iNACOL members receive a discount on exhibitor booth fees. Become a member prior to registering as an exhibitor to receive this member discount.

Where can I purchase my ancillary items (e.g. lead retrieval, internet)?

Forms for ancillary items are provided in the Exhibitor Kit. The Exhibitor Kit will be available for download in early summer, 2018. iNACOL will send an email to all exhibitors notifying them of its availability. There will also be a link to download the kit on the Exhibitors page on the Symposium website.
