The deadline for submitting presentation proposals is Friday, March 16, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
For tips on submitting your presentation proposal, iNACOL is hosting a Special Edition Webinar on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET. The webinar will explain the RFP process and timeline for proposal selection, and highlight ways to design interactive sessions that generate meaningful collaboration and foster engagement. Feedback for Proposals
Each year, the iNACOL Program Committee receives and reviews numerous proposals from bidders whose goal is to advance powerful, personalized learning experiences for all students. This selection process seeks to create the very best learning opportunities at the Symposium.
- March 16, 2018, 11:59 p.m. ET: Deadline to submit proposals to present at the iNACOL Symposium.
- May 8, 2018: iNACOL notifies presenters of proposal status and acceptance into the program.
- June 1-22, 2018: Accepted presenters can update session proposals directly.
- August 3, 2018: Last day to send any additional changes to your session to iNACOL. iNACOL cannot accept any changes after this date.

The iNACOL Program Committee will give priority to proposals that provide engaging and interactive learning opportunities, modeling personalized, competency-based and blended learning environments, drawing on participant experiences and promoting dialogue and exchange. We are seeking engaging sessions where the presenter(s) will foster dialogue and exchange, and not merely use a traditional “stand and deliver” approach.
